1. Find pieces that are flattering

Dressing a pregnant you is a lot different than dressing a regular you. Those high-waisted jeans and crop tops just don't have the same appeal with a baby bump. Not to mention it might be impossible depending on how far along you are. Choose items that flatter your bump, whether it's a peplum top or a more fitted silhouette. You can definitely go with roomier dresses but you might want to add a belt to accentuate your bump. You don't want people to question whether or not you're pregnant or just had a few too many burritos

2. Go for Comfort

Now is not your time to suck it up in heels and uncomfortable outfits. Choose shoes with a manageable heel, or just reach for those flats! As your body is changing so does the fit of your clothes. While you might be able to find some non-maternity outfits that work, chances are you'll need to invest in some good maternity basics, like tees and jeans.

3. Get Creative With Accessories

While you might not want to invest in those expensive maternity jeans, that designer handbag will work during and after your pregnancy. Take pregnancy as an opportunity to play up the accessories and add unique touches to your outfits. Even if you're just in a tee and jeans, you can add a flowy kimono cardigan, cute sandals, and a wide brim hat.
